Today marks one week of certainty.  We are pregnant.  The nausea I was experiencing the first few days vanished on Sunday.  My best guess is that I wasn’t getting enough water or protein in my diet.  I always struggle to eat healthy foods when I am experiencing Stress and the fall semester combined with the experience of trying to conceive led me down the path of cupcakes, hamburgers and pizza.  Now that I am back to my regular diet I am feeling much better.  We have a first ultrasound scheduled for the 26th and until then I plan to enjoy these first quiet moments of parenthood.
